Welcome to MultiComs

The primary objective of the Multimedia Communications Lab (MultiComs) centers on exploring communication systems tailored for future multimedia formats. Presently, our research is focused on creating communication systems that effectively support interactive and immersive media, including AR, VR, and XR. A key area of our work is a research project dedicated to environmentally sustainable multimedia communications. We are also actively investigating signaling techniques for multimedia delivery, and foundational research for Beyond 5G/6G technologies, with a special emphasis on UAV communications. Our research extends to other areas such as network coding, cooperative networks, modulation, and channel coding.
